Welcome to CU Refresh. By booking a service, visiting our website, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Description
CU Refresh provides mobile interior car cleaning services (“The Refresh”), which include:

Light interior vacuuming
-
Wipe-down of reachable surfaces
-
Interior glass cleaning
-
Light trash removal (one grocery-sized bag per row)
CU Refresh does not provide exterior detailing, deep stain removal, shampoo extraction, heavy odor removal, or full detailing unless explicitly stated.
2. Mobile Service Requirements
By booking a service, you agree that:

You provide a safe, legally accessible location for us to perform the cleaning.

Your vehicle must be unlocked or you must be present to unlock it at the scheduled time.

The vehicle must be parked on private property or any location where cleaning is legally permitted.
If our technician arrives and cannot access the vehicle or perform the service, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Add-On Services
Additional fees apply for:

Pet hair removal
-
Trunk/cargo area cleaning
-
Scent Refresh
-
Additional trash removal beyond included amount
Add-ons must be selected during booking or approved upon technician arrival. If the vehicle requires additional work to meet The Refresh standard, the technician may recommend necessary add-ons.
4. Limitations of Service
The Refresh is a light interior cleaning, not a full restoration.
We do not guarantee complete removal of:

Heavy stains
-
Deep odors (including smoke)
-
Mold or mildew
-
Adhesive residue
-
Permanent discoloration
If we believe your vehicle requires a full detailing service beyond our scope, we may decline the job or refer you to a trusted partner.
5. Personal Items & Trash
You are responsible for removing personal belongings prior to service.
Included trash removal is one grocery-sized bag per row. Excess trash is subject to an additional fee.
CU Refresh is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Liability & Pre-Existing Conditions
By using our service, you acknowledge that:

Our technicians are not responsible for pre-existing damage inside the vehicle.

Aftermarket accessories, loose trim pieces, fragile components, or electronics may shift or move during cleaning.

We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in the vehicle, including chemicals, food, liquids, or personal property.
Normal cleaning involves gentle vacuuming and wiping; however, if a component is already loose, cracked, or deteriorated, we are not liable for further damage.
7. Appointment Times
Service times are estimated (typically 30–45 minutes).
Delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions

Parking issues
-
Previous appointments running long
We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
A late cancellation fee may apply if:

Technician arrives and cannot access the vehicle

The customer is not present (if required)

Conditions make the service impossible (e.g., unsafe location)
9. Payments & Pricing
Payment is due upon completion unless arranged otherwise.
Prices may vary based on:

Vehicle size (2-row vs 3-row)

Level of mess
-
Required add-ons
-
Travel distance (for certain locations)
Promotional pricing applies only to first-time clients unless otherwise stated.
10. Photo Policy
Before/after photos may be taken to document service quality and condition.
With your consent:

Photos may be used for marketing or training.
Without consent:

Photos will be stored privately and used only for service documentation and liability protection.
11. Weather Policy
Services may be rescheduled due to:

Heavy rain

Snow

High winds

Unsafe conditions
We will contact you to reschedule at no cost.
12. Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours.
We will attempt to resolve any issues, which may include:

Re-cleaning the area

Providing service credit

Discussing reasonable alternatives
Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
13. Changes to These Terms
CU Refresh may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
14. Service Timing
Service time and results may vary based on vehicle condition, location, weather, and customer accessibility (including apartment complexes, garages, and shared parking areas).
Cold temperatures, customer presence inside the vehicle, limited access to electrical outlets, or the need to relocate the vehicle may extend service time or require adjustments to how the service is performed.
